Visual Artist/Painter A graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design, Carol works as a contemporary realist using simplified imagery on canvas glazing with thin layers of oil paint. Her work has been exhibited throughout Ontario, into Quebec and Newfoundland and is in private collections throughout Canada and the U.S. Carol teaches painting classes in various schools and gallery programs around Durham and York Regions. Currently she is represented by Galerie le Royer in Montreal. Recent exhibitions include: 2003 The Tree Project at the John B. Aird Gallery, Toronto, and The Station Gallery, Whitby; In Quadratum at the Latcham Gallery in Stouffville. I was also included in the Government of Ontario's Archives 100th Anniversary Juried Competition, "A Celebration of Ontario Artists"; and invited to participate in a collaborative for The Transition Project, 2004, at The Station Gallery. Kapuscinsky is also to be included in an upcoming exhibition in 2005 at Brush Gallery in Toronto.
